I am not an expert in Flash but I am slowly getting there. I still recieve a few request for flash layouts for myspace profiles and a few websites. I will gladly do this. If you have something in mind contact me with what you want, and I'll give you a quote.

I also make my own Flash MP3 player. I will have screenshots here soon. You can have any design. I charge $5 for a simple design. $20 for the more difficult ones. It's worth it I promise. :)
